find most others undercooked. I enjoy them in anything and when I’m in a rush and have to make something quick for lunch, I’ll take fresh salsa and mix it in with these chickpeas — delicious!
beans from scratch, so having them canned in my pantry means I always have access to a quick protein source. These were put to good use as a chickpea "tuna" salad. I appreciate the pull tab so that you don't even need a can opener.
