Super Seeds Salad Topper

I add this salad topper to almost everything I eat! Salads. Wraps, I’ll even fry the seeds and add them to a chilli or a pasta dish. I love the crunch and the taste and they add some extra nutrients!

These are great just to add to a salad which can sometimes be a bit in need of something extra
Seeds lightly fried in tamara sauce good on salad or on their own as a quick fix
Good source of extra protein and omega’s ( I think)

These crunchy and simple falvourful peas and seeds work perfectly not just on salad but add texture and umami notes when added to baked beans or sprinkled onto thicker soups. Would definatley reccomend!

A fair quantity in the pack. Easily resealable and (for us) recyclable packaging.

Super good in salad but I also take an handful and just eat them like that. Super tasty and crunchy
