Mock chicken tofu

🍛 This is a texturized tofu as mock chicken 🍛 I cut it into cubes for cooking with fried rice.
🍛 Recipe:
1. Heat olive oil in pan.
2. Saute ginger slivers, minced garlic & diced onions.
3. When fragrant, throw in the mock cubes to stir fry.
4. Add carrots & celery or any other vegetables & stir fry.
5. Then add in cooked rice & dashes of soy sauce.
6. Once cooked, turn off the fire & sprinkle sesame oil and mix through. 7. Serve hot.

I love this marinated mock chicken esp its texture. It’s also super easy n hassle free bc can just eat it as it is.
