It really tastes nothing like Parmesan but it’s not a bad cheese substitute. It was nice on my pasta with olive oil, sautéed yellow and red grape tomatoes and fresh sautéed jalapeños.

Good alternative for Parmesan cheese. I like this one.
I have only tried this product as a salad topping. It is salty and kind of tangy, absolutely replaceable for regular Parmesan in this category. Not sure about other recipes.
