Peanut Butter Non-dairy frozen dessert bar

These are amazing!! They're so much better than the So Delicious version that has chocolate ice cream and a peanut butter coating (it's so backwards!). I love the addition of the peanuts in the coating to give it texture. The bars are a nice large size, but there are only three in a box. A larger quantity is the only thing I'd change.

Like a frozen peanut butter cup with a crunchy coating. 

These are pretty good, I think the ice part could be amped up with flavor though. Oat based peanut butter ice cream swirled with peanut butter sauce and dipped in chocolate with roasted peanut pieces.
