For those not able or wanting to use soy sauce here is a great alternative for additional seasoning to add to dishes or sautéing veggies. My husband uses this and the traditional soy sauce for his fried rice dishes

I use this a lot. It less salty and doesn't have the soy flavor that soy sauce does. That makes it more versatile since it's not just got asian dishes. I use when making Italian baked tofu and its seasoned just right. A pantry staple for vegans
