I heard that it is similar to dairy cheese and therefore an alternative to it.
Since I first tried it I bought it many times and like it for its good nutritional value and especially for its taste. Definitely a good a addition to everyone's kitchen :)

since my go to brand was sold out, i bought these. honestly these won't turn into my favourites. i will stick to my favourite brand. these taste kinda dull honestly. it is also mixed with rice flour and not only yeast extract. most likely won't buy again.
