Vegan Wreath

pastry ring filled with chestnuts, mushroom, roasted butternut squash and fruit (raisins or similar), really tasty and festive. the pastry crisped right up and the filling was not dry at all which was great. lovely with a spot of gravy 🌟

Made a wonderful vegan alternative for my sister and my mum on Christmas Day 

Looks beautiful, sounds lovely, even smelled good, but Jesus no. The taste is awful. It tastes like a weird mash up of a sweet mince pie and mushrooms. The pastry on it is lovely, but the filling... it’s a no from me
