Honestly I wouldn’t buy . Name sake organic . Because it became expensive 😘 we have been using moong beans as in Indian cooking regularly. I didn’t find any difference in taste or texture. I just wanted to try .
I love making my sprouts regularly every other week . For protein we use different ways of cooking and adding to our meal . I make dal ,curries and thickness in soup too . Or winter I make dal soup too . Excellent food as vegan healthy diet .
