Tofu curry bento

This used to have milk in the curry sauce, but happily it’s not veganised! Nice spongey fried tofu, rich sauce, sticky rice

I love this dish and often get it if I’m out and not able to get home early enough to cook. It’s very filling and quite heavy but I love rice, tofu and that katsu curry style sauce.
