Pasta al pomodoro. Portano formaggio a parte, quindi è facile veganizzarlo. Pasta un po' stracotta
ma gusto molto buono.

This dish has tomato sauce, fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and basil. Since most of
their dishes have cheese in it, this is really the only vegan-friendly main (ask to omit the sprinkled cheese). I thought it would be boring, but it was quite tasty and filling (I couldn’t finish the whole plate). The pasta is fresh and dense and the sauce is really flavourful, if oily.
