When it comes to pho, I’m team #Hanoi cos I prefer the taste and comfort
of a savoury broth compared to #Saigon pho which is usually sweetened with sugar and eaten with Sriracha (no thanks! I like mine with cut chilli). The noodles were perfect and the broth was so rich and flavourful despite being plant-based ugh so good!
