I made mine with half sushi rice, half rice noodles. Corn, kale, pickled onions, avocado, mango, seaweed, cherry tomatoes, ginger, green onions, and black sesame seeds. For the sauces I chose Mahalo, soy sauce, peanut sauce, sriracha, and passion fruit.
