Review of Apple Danish at Rya Bakehouse by shanna
🍎Apple desserts isn't something I typically go for. But it does remind me of the typical Caucasian go-to (think apple pie... Apple strudel...). So took a go at it!
🥐The crispy flaky base that is slightly umami is amazing. Nothing more to say.
😘The apples had a good mid texture of chew and softness. The added sugar was relatively alright, which allows the apple sweetness to come through.
