Battered textured soy protein skewers with diced cucumber and peanut sauce. 🍢🥒🥜 Personally not such a fan of the mock meat aftertaste and wished there could have been an a la carte monkeyhead mushroom version of the satay as a healthier whole-food plant-based option; it was available as part of rice sets etc but not as a side.
