Review of Dootum Burger at Five Seventh by xinru-t

Vegan bread buns stacked with fresh and pickled vegetables, plus the same breaded tofu katsu patty as that in the Tofu Katsu Salad Bowl. 🍔🍖 Was highly impressed by how juicy, firm, and 'meaty' the texture was - I believe they froze and thawed the tofu to achieve such a texture!
