Review of Skillet Lentil Balls at Mana Eco Retreat and Yoga by kitchenwitched
Though I wasn’t impressed when the dish was initially served, this is a very tasty meal. I chose the gf option, which subbed hash browns for their usual side of bread. When I read about the dish on the menu, I thought the mushrooms and tofu would be part of the skillet’s sauce; turned out they were in the lentil balls — hence my confusion when this was served. I could have used a bit more food (I’d just come from their vinyasa tuna class and had worked up an appetite) but it was extremely flavourful and kept me going on our explorations that morning.
