Review of Braised Baiye Tofu - FairPrice by m1tch9i

Oh sweet chewy #baiye 😙 @dafnelately cooked up this lovely number for our dinner on a cozy night in November. While it was already #braised, she still managed to level it up with some soy sauce and love ☺️

It was the firmest #tofu I’d ever had but it sort of worked. If you look into the cross-section, you’ll notice the beautiful ribbons reinforcing the chewiness 😛 I theorise that this allowed allowed the flavour to be fused in 😙 Courtesy of FairPrice, you’ll find this no more than $4 🙃 It’s worth getting if you’re in need of a challenging chew of #protein 😜
