Sriracha #sauce! One of the classics.
The flavour is pretty straight forward. It has a good and decently strong #chilli flavour. It adds some nice heat to the dish, but not too much either. You can still use a good amount for the flavour and texture without it being too #spicy. It has a subtle hint of #garlic with a little sweetness. Nice amount of #salt added!
The texture is nice. Fluid and easy to pour out of the convenient squeezy bottle, but not watery either. No complaints! Pretty smooth consistency.
Very versatile. It’s good to drizzle on food as it is but it’s also great if you like to make your own dips and marinades.
💵~49 NOK at Kiwi. Decent price, it’s a large bottle that will last me a while!
It is #glutenfree, #soyfree, #palmoilfree and #nutfree. Marked as vegan on their website but not on the bottle itself. The bottle is #recyclable.
