Just as I had gotten around to approaching Green Common in my backlog, they close down đ Iâll never forget the first bite I had from them đ„Č Even with the delivery time, everything was still in peak condition and #ecopackaging
This was among @dafnelatelyâs most frequent orders that I absolutely had to try đ and it made sense đ The #veganfish at work here is, in fact, OmniFoods ! It was all just #deepfried to golden perfection đ„č The insides were just so believable theyâd surely fool the omniâ oh my gosh I get the name now! đ€Ł It wasnât very salty like most #fishandchips Iâve encountered but i like less salt anyway. The #fries were a little more dry in mouthfeel to my liking but I think it was probably just the type of potato. The texture was still 10/10 though đ I donât even like #tartarsauce but this one worked for me đź especially with the other green sauce I wasnât sure of but maybe some kind of guac?
$16 is not the worst for #fish and #chips especially considering the quality!
This is the first time Iâm experiencing the loss of a beloved dining option đ„ș #saveveganrestaurants
