Review of Saturn Peaches - Trader Joe's by beckyyy
I absolutely love these peaches! They are white-fleshed and have a flattened shape. Iâve also seen them labeled as âdonutâ peaches. Once soft/ripe, they are so sweet and juicy! They are also so beautifully fragrant. Besides tasting great, I find these easier to eat than a round peach.

paws-and-paths These sound amazing! I love regular peaches, but have never tried these. Perfect for a summer treat too! Always love some tips for more things to try from Trader Joeâs since Iâm still learning my way around all of the options âșïž2 likesReply
beckyyy Definitely give them a whirl if you see them! I have a list of my fave TJ products under âlistsâ but of course thatâs just my preferences (and I donât think I included the produce though I definitely buy a lot of that). If youâre interested in knowing what vegan products are available at TJâs Iâd recommend either joining the Vegan Trader Joeâs Facebook group and/or following @bigboxvegan on IG. The latter account covers a plethora of stores but will always post when a new or seasonal vegan product is spotted at TJ. The first discusses only TJ, products new and old as well as recipes with those items. Folks are usually pretty nice and drama free on that group too đ1 likeReply
paws-and-paths Oh my gosh, thank you soooo much! I will definitely check out your list and those resources đ. This is so helpful, Iâm still feeling a little overwhelmed and isolated with it at times so these things will be much appreciated! Thanks again.Reply
beckyyy Sure thing! I know how overwhelming it can be at first. Donât hesitate to go at a pace that feels comfy for you; itâs not a race to the finish line and along with remembering your âwhyâ itâs important to make swaps that are sustainable for you and that can take time and exploration. Veganism is about causing the least amount of harm thatâs possible and practicable. Most folks in the movement understand this, but youâll probably encounter some folks along the way (online or otherwise) who tout perfectionism when in reality none of us are âperfectâ and thatâs not the point. We all make mistakes and learn as we go!
Thereâs a plethora of online groups that may be helpful for you (though if you find them toxic, then exitâŠ) and Iâd encourage you to see if thereâs a group for your local area! This can be helpful for finding friends, restaurants, pop ups, social events and outreach/advocacy in your local area. Of course thereâs a bunch of folks here too, and I know thereâs a good amount of people from the upper Midwest. Iâm in California so I may not have the best perspective on whatâs local to you but Iâm happy to answer any questions if you have them. I donât always get an alert for messages on here for some reason though so if I delay answering thatâs probably why. đ1 likeReply
