This is a 10/10 experience! My mother used to make soya tacos when I was very young, but it's been at least 18+ years since then 😅 She made it adobo style using a mix of different chili peppers and spices. We topped them with a lemon guacamole, chopped onion, cilantro, and a spicy green tomatillo salsa 😋 The soya is very tender once cooked and has a soft meaty texture. It absorbs the flavors of the marinade better than any piece of flesh 🤢 and it's packed with protein 💪Highly recommend this brand 🍃
