Review of Soya butter - Alpro by moonface
This vegan butter from #alpro is great for cooking, baking and spreading on freshly made toast! The flavour is practically the same as non-vegan butter, but I find the texture to be slightly smoother, which is a plus for me. I use it mostly in #baking, since I'm not the biggest fan of butter myself - however I would not recommend using it to make any sort of butter-based cake frosting such as buttercream (firmer textures are ideal for that). Nonetheless, definitely a good staple to have in your fridge if you're a big fan of butter on toast. 😊
