Review of El Guapo at Pizza Lucé by iszy

This summer special pizza is very unique and fresh. I was bummed to not see the Enchilada pizza, but this is a nice summer option too. The color is also really striking. This pizza has jackfruit carnitas, red onion, and vegan mozzarella. It's topped with an agave lime slaw (red cabbage, carrots, green onion, citrus, agave, and cilantro). It could have done with more jackfruit or a heartier option to make it a bit more substantial. Without it, it would feel like a salad on a pizza. Not necessarily bad, but can be a bit unfulfilling. It's definitely a pizza for hot days!
