One of the #vegan options at the #dimsum restaurant đ±đ„ą was the #taro crystal bun, which I thought would be nice to give a try. Wow! đŻ Dim sum, which is from #cantonese cuisine, is known for being #light but pleasant, so itâs a little #expensive for what you get, but the quality and taste are truly unique. âșïž The filling of #carrot đ„, #celery, #chestnut, and taro created a combination of both #umami and #sweetânot to mention how #aromatic the three #dumplings were. đ„ It was truly an interesting experience!
