These organic dry roasted pepitas from nuts.com are my latest obsession! A perfect healthy snack! I didn’t know exactly what pepitas were but they are pumpkin seeds. “Pepita” is the Mexican Spanish word for pumpkin seed, When you buy pepitas, they come shelled, which is why they are green instead of white like the regular pumpkin seeds. I haven’t used them in recipes or as a topping but plan to. For now, I’m just snacking on them and they’re delicious! #dentalandlentils #pepitas
