Review of Savoy cabbage roulade at Jäger & Lustig by apkilgour
This was an interesting twist on a traditionally meat-based dish. The cabbage outer was filled with a pea and bean filling and it came with gravy and celery mash. The filling was a bit bland for my taste but it was a creative idea 🥬 the dish cost €18 which was in line with the overall prices of the restaurant. It was a big portion and I couldn’t finish it - this could also be due to it being on the heavier side.
