Review of Plant-Based Luncheon - Ayam Brand by dafnelately
Hey squirrel-friends! đżïž Iâm back from a week-long detox trip at Mulu and gosh do I ever have some #mulusurvivaltips for #plantbased eaters here! đ My biggest advice for a vegan travelling to Mulu is to pack a tonne of #protein! Canned #spam like this is perfect because it lasts outside the fridge & can be eaten raw đ The cafeteria does cook it for RM5 too though if you need it cooked! On top of this #luncheon my faes and I did pack a whole tonne of nuts https://www.abillion.com/reviews/63dd30f6db06f71999b03e06 đ„ and protein powder https://www.abillion.com/reviews/63dd33d5e604bd15987804f2 too for some variety in our nutrition đ€ The only #tofu you can get at the park cafeteria or the surrounding cafes seem to be with #egg unfortunately and there doesnât seem to be to much in the way of lentil or bean options either. You can pick up #pantryessentials like this on your way to Mulu if youâre transiting at Kuching at pretty much any Everrise supermarket. Iâd highly recommend the branch at 4th Mile because they have plenty vegan options & a Watsons for protein powder and other essentials too đ€ This is by the way by far my favourite #fakemeat product ever! I have to genuinely pace myself from overstocking this because itâs just so darn addictive đ Great to see that itâs so abundant in Malaysian & Singaporean supermarkets though, itâs great stuff and amazingly affordable! The future is #crueltyfree and hopefully one day we get to convince the folks at our natural parks that murder is not a necessary part of life đ
