These carrots are delightfully crunchy and perfect for dipping! I keep forgetting how much I love snacking on baby carrots, punctuated by phases where I suddenly remember and eat them nonstop for a few days. This time, I paired them with Trader Joe’s dill dressing for that classic carrots-and-ranch flavor; I also love them with hummus, Kite Hill soft cheese, or spicy, savory ssamjang paste. They were fresh, crisp, and sweet — no sogginess or slime here! I have quite a ways to go to make Carrot Club (huge congratulations to @[rosieb33](user-627c03d0ec7fbb3562acf22e), who crossed the 500-review mark this morning!) but at least I have wholesome and delicious #[vegetables](hashtag-5c89afaa33a3a9efa9f935b1) to munch on along the way.
