Review of Salted Plant Butter - Violife by iszy
I usually go for Earth Balance tubs because it's cheaper, but I was at Whole Foods when I picked this up and the price for tubs was outrageous! This was about half the price so I just went with it. The fact that it comes in a block and not a tub isn't that inconvenient. I just put it in a small Tupperware container in the fridge when I opened it. It saves on plastic too! I think it tastes more like actual butter than other brands. Other brands have a more distinct taste that reminds me of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter", but this is much more subtle and neutral like the sticks of dairy butter I grew up with.
