This was delicious!
There was the possibility of adding cheese, which is, I assume, why it is a vegetarian food truck, but it is just as delicious without the cheese for a vegan option.

The only downside is the disposable plate and cutlery (I wasn’t planning on eating so I didn’t bring my own) but that can be easily fixed.

Again, delicious and very filling.
