These are very tasty nice with a hint of cinnamon . Crunchy squares with 6 grams protein,5 grams of fiber and a good source of Iron in each serving. Will definitely buy this cereal again it’s filling and satisfying.,makes a great snack 🌱🧡🌱also the oat milk I used has a wonderful cinnamon flavor ..I would give it a try if you like cinnamon flavor and a nice crunch to your cereal you can find this cereal at most grocery markets .
