Garbanzo beans are incredibly nutritious. Packed with protein, fiber, iron, potassium, copper, phosphorus, and much more. They boost energy, help lower cholesterol, help regulate blood sugar, improve digestion, and boost immune system. Loaded with antioxidants. I try to eat a serving everyday. I make hummus weekly and put it in small containers and stick it in the fridge for my family. I threw a handful into this beet leaf and sauerkraut salad in the 2nd pic.
