Review of Yuca ( cassava flour) chips - Oxfam fairtrade by valibabali
I got my eyes on this interesting #glutenfree chips. I would say it's more like a cracker than chips. The texture is very dense and hard, it reminds me of uncooked wheat pasta đ. It tastes like a very firm and crunchy wheat tortilla. Cassava flour is known to resemble the wheat one but without it being a grain or containing gluten.
I would say it's a very interesting product but I am not sure if I would buy it again, it's pricy and very hard to chew but tasty đ€·ââïžđ€.
