Review of Carrot Cake Loaf & Muffin Mix - Golden cloud by intraferon

We made cake with this and it came out pretty nice. I wouldn't say it tasted like a carrot cake though, it more just tasted like a spicy cake; the carrot was not very noticeable at all. However, I wouldn't mind buying this again.
