Review of Balsamic vinegar - Stonehouse by malarky

This is a really rich balsamic vinegar that my friend has in her pantry. I love it.

I love all vinegars pretty much, but I have a soft spot especially for balsamic. The quality can vary so much, so finding a good one is important.

I substitute balsamic vinegar in a recipe I like to make which calls for honey and red wine vinegar. Balsamic is subtly sweet and rich, so it works beautifully.
