I love chard. I put it in pretty much every salad, stir fry, and wrap.

billysnow Ive never seen it in spring mix either. It has an Earthy taste. I didnt like it the first time I ate it. Now I like it alot. Lots of phytochemicals in it too! Much more than any lettuce I believe. Super easy to grow as well.Reply

billysnow Usually raw in salads. Also chopped up in stir fry. I've thrown it all chopped up in ramen a few times. I've even used it in place of lettuce (or mixed with lettuce) on tacos. I almost always eat it raw. Really only cook it if in a stir fry, in which case it is the last ingredient I add about 1-3 minutes before the stir fry is finished cookinf.1 likeReply
