This tea has a very pleasant taste. I enjoy a glass every night. It seems to relax me some too.

billysnow Hmm.... I've had a bit of a sinus issue over the last month and is currently feeling alot better. I've been drinking this chakra tea, green tea, mugwort tea, and calea zacatechichi teas almost everyday. Not sure if 1 or all of them helped... or if it was just time for the sinuses to clear up. I've been drinking all those teas for about 1 week. Green tea usually works for me, by itself, as a remedy for anything head related though.1 likeReply
