This bag of frozen fire-roasted veggies is as big as a bag of dog food. It came from Costco so of course they make sure we get the best deal

The variety is great and so colorful. The pieces of brussel sprout were huge but they were precooked and were ready to eat at the same time as everything else. I appreciate that the veggies seem to be free of seasoning, allowing us to choose our own flavor path.

I used salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash, serving them with garlic quinoa and a heavy drizzle of Green Goddess Dressing. Lots of shrooms and peppers in there, too. Love that.
