Cheese was the hardest for me to give up and I’ve…well, not had great experience with vegan cheezes (we won’t talk about the Daiya pukies). BUT MIYOKO’S IS A GAMECHANGER. I order it by the box- literally. That is a photo of my order. It freezes, even my non vegan, non vegetarian friends like it, my friend’s newly vegan teenager eats the mozzarella by the handful, I’m a convert.
