Review of 10% Niacinamide Face Serum with Rice Water - Plum by anjunj

Its a face serum for brightening skin and clearing blemishes. I don't know if its working on my skin because I don't apply it regularly 😅but it didn't have any bad effects on my skin. Apply 2-3 drops on the face n neck daily in the morning or night. Its not greasy n is in white colour but it doesn't leave a white cast. It blends on face really well. It feels nice as I feel like I'm taking care of my skin😬✨
