Review of Falafel sandwich at Maoz Vegetarian by veganlibrarian

Everything is at least vegetarian at Maoz. I did not have to make substitutions to have a vegan meal. They make the sandwich right in front of you with fresh ingredients to choose from in a chipotle-like method. This restaurant is located on the campus of Florida Atlantic University in the food court. I got desert too…I’ll let you know how that was soon…
