Review of Jo Bowl at baba cool by ilovegoats

Easy five stars! Loved the combination of flavors and textures in this dish. Charred sweet plantains, a fresh slaw with crisp radishes and green apples, sautéed kale, black beans and quinoa came together in a very satisfying meal. Felt great after—not too full.
