I feel like these didn't turn out great... but not because of the product. This was my first time making tofu and I didn't really know what I was doing lol. They didn't really taste like anything...
Any tofu making tips?

joshuajoseph365 I still suck at tofu but it gets better every time I try. Buy a tofu press. After fully pressed season and soak in vegan chicken flavor for a day. Then I do a batter then bread with planko bread crumbs. Then freeze it as this will make it even more pull apart rather than squishy. My tofu is getting close… I just need to learn more about different types of batter and breading at this point. Good luck and have fun! 1 likeReply
