Review of Egg replacer - Bob's Red Mill by shizomaru

Sirve súper bien en recetas para darles la consistencia que se necesita, lo he usado para hot cakes, galletas, etc y sí quedan bien. No me encanta su sabor porque resalta mucho, y su nutrición no es la mejor… preferiría seguir usando ‘huevo’ de linaza o de chía, pero sin duda este producto se me hace más sencillo de usar y rápido. Fue algo caro ($135 mxn) pero dura un montón así que vale la pena.

ENG: It’s really good in recipes since it gives the mix a nice consistency; i’ve used this for pancakes, cookies, etc. and it actually works, though i’m not a fan of the flavor since it’s really noticeable, and the nutrition’s not the best either… I’d prefer to keep using flax/chia ‘eggs’, but this definitely gets the job done in a simpler and faster way. It’s kinda expensive but it yields a lot so it’s worth it.
