Review of Spicy Arrabiata Penne at Privé Jewel Changi Airport by shawneofthedead

Felt like having something comforting and basic today, so I went for the arrabiata penne, which I usually ignore in favour of more exciting vegan dishes at Prive. This is a lovely rendition of a simple dish - rich, tomatoey sauce with a beautifully calibrated hint of spice that never overpowers but slowly expands across the palate. Think they were out of broccoli, so I got baby spinach as well as zucchini, bell peppers and mushrooms. More garlic chips, please!!
