Review of Pizza Con Pesto Ligure, Fiori Di Zucca, Patate at Origami by sofiaefragile
Finally a good vegan pizza.
The dough was very good and the mozzarella #violife was melted and stretched (first time I see that) and didn’t taste weird and watery like the “mozzarisella”.
Furthermore the pesto looked and tasted like the original Ligurian one… exciting!
