They deep fry some of the ingredients when you order it dry (which I find hard to come by even in non-veg YTF stalls)! Dipping chili is quite salty but pretty good :D

I ordered kway teow mee for the noodles and was pleasantly surprised by the broad kway teow (I don't see that much anymore).
