Review of Spaghetti - Grisspasta by annau

J'adore ces pâtes ! J'étais tanné des pâtes blanches car elles ne sont pas assez nutritives et ne me soutenait pas assez longtemps. Même avec ma sauce tofu Bolognaise maison j'avais encore faim pas très longtemps après avoir mangé et pourtant je n'ai pas un si gros appétit. J'ai donc décider de changer pour des pâtes de blé entier. J'aime beaucoup celle-là car elles sont bio, riche en protéines et en fibres et ne sont pas trop cher. Seulement 2,29$ un paquet et comme je mange moitié moins avec ce produit ça me dure encore plus longtemps. Je le recommande vivement ! Je l'ai trouvée au IGA au Québec, je ne sais pas si c'est disponible ailleurs...

I love this pasta! I was fed up with white pasta because it was not nutritious enough and did not support me long enough. Even with my homemade Bolognese tofu sauce I was still hungry not very long after eating and yet I didn't have that big of an appetite. So I decided to switch to whole wheat pasta. I really like this one because they are organic, high in protein and fiber and are not too expensive. Only $ 2.29 a pack and since I eat half the amount with this product it lasts even longer. I highly recommend it ! I found it at the IGA in Quebec, I don't know if it's available elsewhere ...
