The sauce has a really nice texture. Smooth and creamy. But the flavor is a little blah. Vegan cheese and cream has come a long way so at least it doesn’t taste gross. Just very dull. At the very least you need to add S&P and nutmeg. This would, however, make a great dish if you threw in some spices and veggies like spinach or peas. You could make a quick, easy dinner out of this.
